After
33 years of living here in North Kohala, I scoff at weather forecasts
for Kohala. We live in a different world. It reminds me of Bobby Dylan's
words, "You don't need a Weatherman to tell which way the wind blows".
No offense intended to any of you who may be in the field. If the
prediction is rain here, well then I pretty much count on sunshine
unless it's something huge that's shrouding the entire Pacific. And
then, well maybe... On the other hand it can rain here occasionally when
there isn't one single wisp of a cloud anywhere on earth. So check
out this forecast, then check another and they'll be different. Then
ignore them both and head for the airport cause it's gonna be nice. |
