Basic rates per night are for two guests: $10-$15 extra
person.

We accept cash, local or cleared checks and major credit
cards. 50% deposit for advance reservations, balance due on arrival. Refunds
with 30 days notice, unless room can be rebooked. $25 service fee for
cancellation.
We have a three night minimum for advance
reservations, but will accommodate guests when space is available. For vacations
during the winter months, especially, it is wise to make plans as much ahead of
time as possible. Special arrangements may be made upon request because
helping you plan a memorable experience is very important to us..
Check In
Our check in is usually
between 3- 10pm; check out by 11am. Please feel free to contact us if
you desire special arrangements, which we will extend when possible.

Guests are welcome to share our Common
Area-Recreation Room with a piano, TV, VCR, DVD, radio, ping pong table, games,
a large fridge, small appliances, washing machine, clothesline, (clothes
dryer, if necessary
..upon request.) phones, wireless access, if you just have to get on line.
Enjoy our gathering area, creative space, family
style barbecue , basketball court.
All rooms have private entrances, decks, full
baths, and many amenities, (.we don't iron much in Hawaii, but we do have
irons.. and even a hairdryer).
There are expansive views of our colorful gardens, ocean, pastures and mountains.

offers you homey atmosphere in a magical setting. Enjoy panoramic
views of our pastures tropical gardens, and the island of Maui across the sea.
Wake up to birds singing in our treetop
Sundeck. Experience even double rainbows, fantastic starry skies, and a
giant orange full moon rising over our lush valleys.
On still nights, you may hear the roar
of the ocean when waves are big, or our river running after a good
tropical rain. We have a dolphin fountain that doesn't depend on Mother
Nature.
Make yourself comfortable in the
large upstairs living area, with a king bed, double bed and even a double futon
Downstairs is a bright garden view
dining area, bar sink, small fridge, and the means to prepare light meals
and snacks. Guests can gather around the table here or enjoy the fabulous
views on their private sundeck, a great place to watch the sunset, moon rise, or
our incredible stars!.

Garden Bedroom is a jewel. Enjoy the jacuzzi bathtub, private deck, dining areas,
queen and single beds...often a favorite of honeymooners. Just a little
